Following the new crop garlic was harvested from June, the productions of the new crop roasted/toasted garlic products also has already been available.
The flow chart of roasted garlic is a bit complex, total different to other garlic products. Firstly we will select the good quality garlic flakes out, then sifting that. Later, will put them into the oven to roast. In this stage, the time and temperature will be very important. If roasted time too long, the color of garlic flakes will be damaged to dark; but if roasted time not too long, the color will not be changed, as well as the temperature. The brown color would be the best color. So, we always have the skills to handle and control that. The same procedure to roasted garlic cloves.
After roasted, the flakes would be moved out and place on the cool place to cool that. Then we will mince or mill that as per buyer’s requirement to become the granules or powder type, that is roasted garlic granules and roasted garlic powder.
The roasted garlic granules and roasted garlic powder are used as the food ingredients, like noodle, salad, sausage, and other snack foods.
