Since this December, the sea freight to the ports of South-East Aisa has increased abt 5~10times! Very crazy higher! Before October, the freight was abt. usd200~usd300 for 20ft container, now the freight is offered usd1500! Over 5times!

The reason mainly has:

• Time closed to end of year, also close to Chinese New Year, all suppliers would like to ship cargo out before the holiday.
• Some airports canceled the voyages to China, which created some buyers have to transfer the delivery from sea.
• Heavy congestion in ports of south-east Asia, like Manila, Port Kelang, Bangkok and so on.
• Due to the COVID19, some places now still is in block-down, which create the lock of the labor

So, we personally think the expensive freight won’t drop before March due to above reasons, and in 2022, the freight should be running on the high level….For the suppliers of South-east Asia, please pay more attention on the change of freight, take any precaution to avoid the big loss created by jumping freight if possible.
